Product Introduction:
SUNBY 80 deboning machine is designed for use in small meat processing plants, slaughterhouses, pet food plant, Central Kitchen or large hotel restaurants etc. SUNBY mechanical deboning machines are specialized in deboning poultry(such as chicken, or rabbit, bird, duck, goose, turkey necks, carcasses, wishbones and other trimmings or meat pieces with bones)
Applications:
Suitable for sausage, meatballs, bacon, dumpling filling, ham, luncheon meat, chicken nugget, meat pie , meat sauce, pet food etc.

The equipment is made of high-quality stainless steel, and key components are made of high-strength stainless steel, which is durable, has more stable performance and is more efficient.
The frame of the separation area is a closed type with a transmission pipe, which is hygienic and convenient for the filling needs of meat processing enterprises. This pipe can also be lengthened according to your needs and can be directly linked to the filling machine and other equipment you want to connect.
The gentle separation design principle can control the temperature rise well, with the temperature rise not exceeding 3℃.
