New products on display this time: New type of meat grinder with crushing function
Working principle: The whole machine has three augers. Pork or beef and other meat raw materials are put into the hopper and first crushed by the extrusion force of the relative motion of the double screws. Then, they are cut into particles of the expected size by the relative cutting motion of the screw, knife and hole plate in the meat grinding area below.
Advantages: Different from the principle of traditional meat grinders with crushing mechanisms, it can be used for both regular and irregular raw materials. The raw materials can be large pieces of materials with a temperature of about minus 20 degrees. It can be used in the production line in a friendly and stable manner, because the machine has high meat grinding efficiency, works more continuously and stably, and will not get stuck during the crushing process.
