Product Uses:
The mechanical deboning machines are specially used to debone the bone-in raw materials and separate the bone from the meat to obtain mechanically deboned meat (MDM). This kind of meat can be further processed into canned meat, conditioned meat, restructured meat products etc., such as sausages, dumpling stuffing, luncheon meat, meatballs, bacon, hamburger meat and canned pate. Meat-bone separators are very ideal for adding added value to bone-in raw materials and maximizing economic value.
Wide Variety Of Filters Available:
Different separation filter slotted slit widths to ensure that the fiber or texture of the Mechanical Deboned Meat (MDM) meets the customer's requirements. Slotted separation filters will be recommended as standard. Drilled filters can also be available if desired.
