Product Uses：
The mechanical deboning machines are specially used to debone the bone-in raw materials and separate the bone from the meat to obtain mechanically deboned meat (MDM). This kind of meat can be further processed into canned meat, conditioned meat, restructured meat products etc., such as sausages, dumpling stuffing, luncheon meat, meatballs, bacon, hamburger meat and canned pate. It provides efficient production support for the slaughtering, meat processing and quick-frozen meat processing industries etc. such as meat processing plants, frozen meat processing plants, slaughtering plants, etc., and helps them improve or stabilize product quality, save labor and reduce raw material costs. The bone residue coming out of the bone discharge port can be processed into ground bone meal, pet food, Chondroitin etc. Meat-bone separators are very ideal for adding added value to bone-in raw materials and maximizing economic value.

Different separation filter slotted slit widths to ensure that the fiber, texture, and calcium of the Mechanical Deboned Meat (MDM) meets the customer's requirements. Slotted separation filters will be recommended as standard. Drilled filters can also be available if desired.

Open support frame as a standard option. Another option for a more hygienic configuration: a closed support frame with transfer through a pipe.
